What Is a Pool Spa?
A pool spa is a heated spa built as part of an inground pool — typically a raised gunite spa that spills over into the pool — sharing the pool’s heating, plumbing, and automation.
Attached Spas
An attached spa is engineered together with the pool, often as a raised structure with a spillway that doubles as a water feature. It shares equipment with the pool — a single heater, circulation, and automation system — so it is more efficient and seamless than a separate hot tub.
Spillover Effect
When the spa overflows into the pool, the moving water and raised wall become a focal point even when no one is soaking. The detail reads as intentional design rather than an add-on.
Standalone Hot Tubs
For yards without a full pool, we also install standalone spas and hot tubs with hydrotherapy seating and the same quality finishes. Either way, a spa extends your season into the cool months.
Design It In Early
Spas rely on plumbing, structure, and automation that are far easier and cheaper to build into a new pool than to add later. We design the spa alongside the pool from the first concept.
