Flexible Payments
Pool Financing
Build the backyard you want now and pay over time. JHL Pools offers flexible financing so a custom inground pool fits your budget — not just your dream.
Finance Your Pool, Patio & More
A custom pool is one of the best investments you can make in your home and your family's time together — and you don't have to pay for it all at once. We work with pool-financing lenders so you can spread the cost over manageable monthly payments and roll the full scope — pool, hardscape, spa, landscape, and pool house — into a single project.
1. Design & quote
We design your pool and provide a transparent, itemized investment number at your consultation.
2. Pre-qualify
Pre-qualifying is typically a soft credit check that does not affect your score, with options across credit profiles.
3. Build now
Approved financing lets you start construction — often in the off-season — and lock in current pricing.
Financing is provided by third-party lenders; terms, rates, and approval are determined by the lender and subject to credit. JHL Pools does not make lending decisions.
Pool Financing Questions
Do you offer financing for inground pools?
Yes. JHL Pools works with pool-financing lenders so you can spread the investment of a custom inground pool over affordable monthly payments instead of paying the full amount up front. We can introduce financing options during your design consultation.
How much does it cost to finance a pool per month?
Monthly payments depend on the total project cost, your loan term, and your rate. As a rough guide, financing a $75,000–$100,000 custom pool over a longer term typically lands in the several-hundred-to-low-thousands per month range. We will help you model real numbers for your project and budget.
What credit score do I need to finance a pool?
Lenders generally look for good credit for the best rates, but options exist across a range of credit profiles. Approval also considers income and existing debt. Pre-qualifying is usually a soft credit check that does not affect your score.
Is it better to finance a pool or pay cash?
Both are valid. Financing lets you build now and keep cash available, and a well-built pool adds usable living space and can support home value. Paying cash avoids interest. Many homeowners finance to start construction in the off-season and lock in current pricing.
Can I roll the patio, spa, and landscaping into the financing?
Typically yes — the full project scope (pool, hardscape, spa, landscape, and pool house) can be included so you finance one complete backyard rather than piecing it together.
