JHL Pools has been designing and building custom pools in Chester County and the Main Line for over 20 years. What started as a commitment to craft has grown into the region's most trusted name in luxury pool construction.
We don't work from templates. Every project begins with a conversation about how you live — how you entertain, how your kids use the yard, what your home's architecture calls for. From there, we design something that couldn't exist anywhere else.

TJ Warner
Owner & Founder
TJ founded JHL with a builder’s hands and a designer’s standards. He leads every custom gunite project from first concept through final pool startup, and personally walks the high-end builds across Chester County and the Main Line to hold the work to his name.
Drew Reish
General Manager
Drew runs JHL’s in-house crews and project schedules, coordinating excavation, gunite, plumbing, and finish work on one timeline so every pool is delivered on the date promised — without subcontractors handling the work that matters most.
Dan Sook
Lead Designer & Sales
Dan translates how a family actually lives into a buildable pool design — shaping the pool, spa, hardscape, and surrounding landscape together before a shovel hits the ground, so the finished backyard feels inevitable.
